Winston Wolfe & The Intersection Walk Of Style

What do you do when you have two events in one night!? Get a fabulous dress and show it off at both! 

Last night saw the launch of Winston Wolfe first SS14 photographic and short film exhibition which was held at Luxe Studios, Darlinghurst. The night featured works from renowed fashion photographer Pierre Toussaint and Winston Wolfe's muse Miriam Adler. A fairytale garden arch greeted guests on arrival and paved a beautiful entance to a stunning exhibition. My gorgeous wing women for the event were Jodi Anasta and Tessa James both wearing stunning Winston Wolfe pieces along with designer Kristie Kahler. 

I then popped up to The Intersection in Paddington, for the "Walk of Style" awards. The intersection can be found on Oxford St and Glenmore Rd. It's known to be the hub for Australian retailers. The fashion strip was covered with a never ending red carpet, and well dressed celebrities, designers and A listers. last year Australian Fashion Week founder Simon Lock chose R.M Williams, Sass &Bide, Collette Dinnigan, Mark Keighery and Akira Isogawa as the first five Australian designers to be embedded into The Intersection's 'Walk of style'. Every year designers will be added with the support of Woollahra Council and this years winners included Carla Zampatti, House of Merivale, Easton Pearson, Weiss, Simons and Zimmerman. 

A very fun night at both events but it's time to get down to the outfit! This incredible dress is Christopher Kane, as he reinvents the little black dress in his inimitable quirky style. The oversized plastic screw detail adds a kooky edge to an ellegant cut dress. The clutch is by Pierre Hardy and by adding a bold pattern  it creates a sense of fun and youth to the look. The minor touches to tonights look, mint nails and black pumps but all together perfection and one of my favourites to date.
