After two days in Playa Del Carmen it was time to venture furthur down the coast to Tulum, a place that had been highly recommend by almost everyone that had visited this area of Mexico and the moment I arrived I knew why.
Tulum is a breathtaking piece of paradise that sits at the south end of the Rivera Maya. It's home to the spectacular Tulum Ruins (I will feature these in a later post) the beaches of Tulum boast an amazing array of echo-chic hotels and some with secluded cabanas that sit right on the sand.
This post was shot at, Papaya Playa Project a eco friendly resort made up of 80 rustic cabanas. All cabanas vary in styles, so there’s something for every budget. I loved that the resort was very raw, and built with natural materials including palapa roofing, wood / plaster composite walls and bamboo window coverings. You couldn't help but feel very connected with nature. Sara the Guest Experience Manager at Papaya Playa Project along with the staff, were so kind in letting us come and shoot up a storm for Styled by Phillips and the photos turned out incredible. As much as I want to show every image in one post, I must refrain myself!
What a spot to pop on a white sexy maxi, a pair of white heels and have an almost glamorous swiss family robinson moment! I love this dress, which comes in multiple colours, but the white just pops, mix up the belts for the occasion along with the shoes. Again there is always a moment for an ear cuff!
