Comfortable in front of all types of cameras, Nikki has used her confidence, natural beauty and professional attitude to appear in a string of television , advertising campaigns, advertorials and editorials both nationally and internationally.

In August 2008, Nikki was announced as the Face of ACP'S integrated advertising and retailer initiative, 30 Days Of Fashion and Beauty. This high profile role saw Nikki MC numerous launches, events along with interview the likes of Eva Mendas, Jennifer Hawkins, Lara Bingle, Kerri Anne kennerley and many more. After great success, ACP were quick to sign Nikki on for another two years. 

Nikki has hosted Paspaley Polo In the City for One HD, appeared in hit TV shows such as channel 10 Can of Worms,  NZ Next Top Model, The Morning Show, Today Show, Pyramid, along with filming many fashion and fitness pieces for Austero.

In 2011, Nikki launched Styled by Phillips a intimate diary into her life as a model and TV personality. Styled by Phillips  features red carpet events, fashion posts, behind the scenes on set and much more. Due to the great success of SBP, Nikki turned full time in 2013 offering more posts and a chance for her readers to buy direct from her site. Nikki is a regular guest at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, as a VIP attendee and reporting for her own blog. Due to Nikki's popularity at MBFWA Nikki was asked in 2013 to host the fashion week eBAY segment for Foxtel and in 2014 worked with brands such as Vittoria, Model Co and Cleo Magazine filming an exclusive backstage story. 

The last few years have been exciting times for Nikki, who was the face of such brands as REEBONZ, Cleo Magazines Swim Week, Emma and Roe, Jockey and worked with brands such as The Iconic, Polo in the city, Jeanswest, Gillette,RM Williams and in 2014 hosted Fashion's on the field at Melbourne Cup. 

Already this year has been a highlight for Nikki who has just returned from Europe working with brands such as Luisaviaroma and Cointreau.
