I was so fortunate to be one of the Sydney guests invited to be apart of this incredible night. From live mermaids in the pool to gymnasts performing inside large transparent balls and least we forget the stunning food created by Resident celebrity chef Luke Mangan, the night was one that will not be forgotten.
This was the first time I had the change to hear the Australian singing legend live, and she is everything and more.Not only has the voice of an angel but her stage presence is just mesmerising.
