This morning started with a trip into Paddington to meet Tracy one of the designers behind the beautiful brand Lucette. The boutique located on William St, was hard to miss with it's hot pink door and bold coloured art sign spelling "Spirit", least we forget the great pieces showcased in the window.
Taken from the Spanish word ‘Luce’ meaning ‘to shine’, Lucette works to enhance a wardrobe with colour and detail while maintaining a modern relaxed style. Angela Backshell and Tracy Miller, are the creative duo behind this stunning brand and it was a pleasure to meet Tracey and get a first hand glimpse of their current collection.
The collection entails cool crisp colours along with great bold prints and stand out bright pinks and oranges. A range that caters for all occasions but never straying far from it's strong modern, glamorous style. I highly recommend popping into the boutique and checking out the range, I walked out with the cream peplum jacket and a stunning rich green kaftan dress to wear next week in Bali ( yes Im off to Bali ). Lucette is now in their seven season and is available at The Iconic, their Lucette boutique store in Paddington, most desirable boutiques nationwide and David Jones.
