My New Gig - JOCKEY Ambassador

Three months ago I landed one of my dream jobs, Ambassador for JOCKEY both in New Zealand and Australia. As you can imagine it's a complete honour to work with such a brand and everything about this job just screams fun.

The campaign images which we shot 2 months ago are now live and can be found in stores such as MYER, Rebel Sport and Farmers (NZ) to name a few. The images feature pieces from both Jockey's famous performance range and their Parisienne collection. However Parisienne is turning sexy this season, with sexy new intimates like the completely sheer lace bodysuit and co-ordinate set. Feminine, light and true to their heritage, these additions are a perfect extension to the collection.

Last week I headed back to New Zealand to walk the catwalk at NZ fashion week for JOCKEY with fellow ambassadors All Blacks Victor Vito, TJ Perenara, Tawera Kerr-Barlow and NZ Sevens players DJ Forbes and Gillies Kaka. Tuff job I know....

It was a whirl wind trip. After arriving on the Wednesday I headed straight to NZ radio station ZM to chat with Flynny and Jay about the lead up to the Jockey Show, after which I headed straight down to NZFW to catch a glimpse of a favourite NZ designer of mine, the Juliette Hogan show.

The Following morning it was back into interviews, as the big day was upon us. Chatting with Fashion Front Row TV3, The Style Insider and then straight into rehearsals for the show.

Show time! As the boys and I quoted lines from the famous movie "Zoolander" we were pumped and ready to strut our stuff. Our main motto was to just have fun, which is on brand for Jockey. The moment the boys hit that catwalk the crowd was electric, making for an enjoyable show that left us grinning from ear to ear.

I'm following in the footsteps of some big high profile New Zealand and Australian Jockey ambassadors include All Blacks rugby star Dan Carter, former Black Sticks player Honor Carter, Australian strike bowler Mitchell Johnson and TV personality Giaan Rooney.

I look forward to bringing you more with my involvement as ambassador for Jockey as it happens, until then enjoy these handsome fellas in their Jocks.
