Westfield Bondi Junction has partnered with leading international fashion photographer and blogger Candice Lake to launch the A/W 2013 fashion campaign. This stunning collaboration sees one of Australia's leading fashion exports appear behind the camera to shoot a street photography campaign, featuring 10 Australian style icons including Kate Waterhouse, Isabelle Cornish, and Camilla Freeman-Topper. The street portraits will appear in an outdoor poster campaign across Sydney as well as a photographic exhibition in Westfield Bondi Junction from March 18.
Ms Lake also stars in a short film-style fashion video "Fashion Lust " along side David "wolfman" Williams and directed by Gracie Otto. The short film is designed to promote Westfield’s winter fashion collection. Fashion Lust is a great twist with the concept being of a Red Riding Hood character meeting the wolf. A beautifully shot piece that is the debut acting performance of the Manly rugby league player. The music track is by Azalea Banks.
Westfield Autumn/Winter 2013 launched at Pelicano Bar, Double Bay last night. Many flocked to the event to catch a glimpse of the first screening and uber sophisticated campaign images. Candice Lake and David Williams both in attendance along with other A listers such as, Pip Edwards, Sally Obermeder, Kate Waterhouse, Daimon Downey and Gracie Otto.
