Those winter getaway's are nearly here. For me growing up in New Zealand our winter getaways were always about heading to the country, doing bush walks, feeding the animals and lighting that large cozy fire. Hard to believe we are still in autumn, I've already thrown on the electric blanket and ugg boots (yes I feel the cold easily) and my chunky jumpers are out in full force. On the weekends in winter we all tend to rug up in those almost country inspired outfits, well I do anyway. Comfortable black jeans, oversized parker ( trusty winter staple ) and my little twist print shirt and chunky heeled boots, to give it that city edge.
