Last night there was only one event in everyones social calendar, the MYER SS15 launch. Carriageworks was a buzz with a packed out audience ready for a glimpse of MYER’S spring/summer range. A star studded front row watched on as MYER face Jen Hawkins opened the show in a stunning Alex Perry number. Fellow ambassadors Kris Smith and Kate Peck also wowed in stunning local designer pieces and the gorgeous Nicole Trunfio strutted her stuff exclusively for Little Joe by Gail Elliott, a new comer label to the MYER family.
Hairstylist to the stars Kevin Murphy spray painted the 64 models hair with pink, blue and green colours, adding a spectacular contrast to the eye popping prints and pastel flavours. While Jen Hawkins opted for a more toned down, balayage version of the rainbow hair. Giant roman silver palms leaves hung from the centre of the runway, and if these giant structures weren’t impressive enough half way during the show the starting swaying reflecting the coloured lights.
